Originally a small-scale volunteer event to support the preservation of The Tenney Gatehouse in Methuen, The Festival of Trees (FOT) has grown to be a community tradition for thousands who attend a multi-day display and raffle of hundreds of fully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths.

To maximize its reach and the fundraising potential, the non-profit organization sought to cultivate a strong brand presence they could leverage throughout the year.

evoking joy and goodwill

What started as a few tactical needs for logo and signage quickly became a strategic partnership to develop and elevate the FOT brand.

Together, we defined goals, targeted audiences, and created a visual identity that reflected their community: captivating photography of local landmarks, whimsical fonts, holiday imagery, and a bold color palette they could use year-round in a series of communications to keep the event top of mind.

a playbook to evolve the brand over time

We continue to help FOT build excitement and attendance with interactive displays, a mission-focused website, and event graphics amplified by local advertising, social media, and event collateral.

celebrating a milestone

To commemorate the Festival’s 25th anniversary, we created a signature brand and a comprehensive campaign including a sponsorship drive, merchandising, special events, and geo-targeted social media and billboard advertising…all resulting in unprecedented attendance.

Today, The Festival of Trees continues to implement the communication playbook and has provided more than $2 million to preservation projects throughout the region to date.

let’s turn your wonder into impact.
