Since the Festival of Trees began over 25 years ago, The Simon Group has been helping it steadily grow, prosper, and share the magic. With spectacular holiday events and a mission of preservation in New England, the Festival has become an icon for its audience, which continues to grow each year. The challenges have included:

• Evolve the brand over its 25-year history

For its 25th year, the Festival of Trees asked Simon to create a signature brand that would celebrate the events, mission, and all it has accomplished throughout the region.
The Simon Group has been enhancing the brand experience with hundreds of interactive displays and environmental graphics.
As part of the 25th anniversary celebration, a number of merchandising opportunities were explored and implemented. From laser-cut ornaments to private-label wine, each featured the brand.
As a complement to retail sales, a selection of private label merchandise was available during the event.
Boosting the attendance to capacity, a campaign of geo-targeted social media and billboard advertising engineered success for the series of events associated with the Festival.
