Quest Diagnostics had developed an exciting new data analytics solution for Pharma and Public Health, built on more than 10 years of de-identified longitudinal data. Working in partnership with Quest, The Simon Group developed a comprehensive launch program to generate market awareness, and drive customer engagement. The challenge required us to:
