Barbara Delaney
COO and Accounting
Barbara Delaney is the COO of The Simon Group where she brings 20+ years of organizational expertise to the company. She has an integral knowledge of the workings of the organization and creates, implements and refines processes that enable work to flow smoothly and efficiently. Making sure processes work well for the clients as well as the company is her primary focus.
Blending her natural curiosity and applied logic, she synthesizes a vison and establishes the tools and workflows needed to accomplish the objective. She developed, implemented and continues to evolve our project management database, the platform used for internal reviews, as well as the agency’s accounting and IT systems.
Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, taking long walks, listening to a good book or podcast, and participating in her local garden club.

Brad Schell
Account Director
Brad Schell is an Account Director at The Simon Group, where he brings over two decades of marketing leadership and account management experience to help clients elevate their brand visibility and business impact. Known for his analytical thinking and strategic insights, Brad plays a key role in translating complex marketing challenges into smart, scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Over the past 5 years, Brad has developed deep expertise in marketing highly technical products and services within healthcare and medical devices. Prior to this focus, Brad has extensive experience in marketing the intricacies of commercial real estate. At The Simon Group, he is a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams alike, ensuring every campaign is executed with purpose, precision, and a deep understanding of client goals.
Brad is passionate about mentorship and operational excellence, often working behind the scenes to streamline collaboration and elevate the team’s strategic approach. His calm demeanor and thoughtful leadership foster a culture of trust, responsiveness, and mutual respect.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time at his family’s cabin in Maine most summer weekends.

With over a decade of experience and an MBA from Champlain College in VT, Shannon Markey leads the project management team at The Simon Group, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless campaign execution for our clients. As Project Management Director, she excels at optimizing workflows, improving cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring her team to achieve exceptional results. Shannon’s strategic approach empowers her team to tackle complex projects with precision, delivering impactful marketing solutions that meet business objectives and foster client satisfaction.
Throughout her career, Shannon has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of open communication, professional development, and teamwork. She is passionate about creating collaborative environments where each individual’s strengths are brought to the forefront, enabling teams to work efficiently and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Prior to her current role, Shannon honed her skills in project management and team coordination, working on integrated marketing campaigns across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and real estate. When she’s not leading projects at The Simon Group, Shannon enjoys getting lost in a good book or soaking up the sunshine with her dog, Finn.

Isobel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell. Outside of work, she enjoys a good morning run and is often training for her next big race.
