Quest Diagnostics® had just introduced Quest Advanced® Women’s Health, a single-source for women’s health that would be easy to work with—something large companies aren’t always known for.

To build that brand value, they wanted to create a practical way for their customers— busy healthcare providers with limited time to search for information—to experience the specialized service the brand represents.

Show, don’t tell

Inspired by the concepts of simple and customer-focused, we ideated, a one-stop destination for tests, clinical resources, and educational materials to support every phase of a woman’s life.

Bold, beautiful photography illustrated the personal nature of each patient’s journey and the importance of the patient/doctor relationship.

Delivering the message via the medium

Paying special attention to the navigation, we mirrored how healthcare providers deliver care throughout their patient’s life: pregnancy and fertility, well-woman visits, and symptomatic visits.

The mobile experience was especially important. Employing responsive design, we optimized the site to deliver on the promise of easy access to helpful, relevant information for providers on the go.

Message delivered: One stop for women’s health

To perpetuate the message of simplicity, we created sales training decks and videos showing the intuitive experience, and developed an outbound marketing campaign that drove traffic to, a one-stop source for women’s health that makes every day easier.
